Movement for cancer survivors

I am a certified Cancer Exercise Specialist, and use a combination of modalities, including clinical somatics and functional fitness, to help clients gain mobility, strength and balance through their treatment plan, after any surgeries and beyond. I specialize in breast cancer exercise, using movement and exercise to work through issues such as axillary cording and lymphedema.

Clients must have a doctor’s clearance to exercise.

Come move together, with intention and play!

I focus on intentional movement and play-as-movement to gain and maintain mobility and strength after cancer treatment.

  • Virtual 1:1

Now you can train with me anywhere!

Use this form to request a 30-45 minute free consult! In this time, I can hear where you are in your fitness journey and what your goals are.

We will also talk about what equipment you have access to, if any (depending on where you’re starting, household objects can be used as weights!)

If we decide it is a good fit, we will schedule our first session together.

All sessions are sliding scale $40-$60 and can be shared with a friend.
